No matter how much training he had, he could not comprehend the insanity of chocolate biryani, fish-fried jalebi, butter chicken fruit custard, black forest pastry noodles, and toothpaste-thick drinks. His initial reaction upon seeing someone pour chocolate sauce over biryani until the bottle was empty was amazement, then disbelief, and finally, he began to really doubt his culinary training. Also, why do people do these strange cuisines with such strange ingredients? Thus, Yeh Kya Bana Diya came into being.
