It is definitely a grieving moment for us Indians as we lost the ICC World Cup 2023 final against Australia, who won by 6 wickets.

Dejection was etched on the faces of Virat Kohli and his teammates as they absorbed the bitter taste of the defeat. Their valiant efforts fell short against Australia's formidable batting lineup, resulting in a heartbreaking six-wicket loss at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Amidst the palpable gloom, Kohli was captured having the moment of solace in his wife, Anushka Sharma’s hug. In a tender embrace, Anushka offered her husband comfort and support as he grappled with the disappointment.

Even though we are all utterly heartbroken now, we wish Australia the heartiest congratulations for their win. Travis Head scored a century to guide Australia to a six-wicket victory and was declared the man of the match. The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi handed over the trophy to Ausie’s Pat Cummings in Ahmedabad, along with Australian Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles.
