Within a span of just three weeks, What Jhumka? - an iconic song from the recent theatrical, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, has received over 50 million views on YouTube. The song features Bollywood superstars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in titular roles and their energetic chemistry on-screen is being loved by audiences.
Interestingly, What Jhumka? – the song – draws inspiration from Asha Bhosle’s song, Jhumka Gira Re.
Today, Ranveer Singh dropped an adorable video of Jhumka Gira Re – featuring none other than his grandfather in it. Even at the age of 93, Ranveer’s grandfather remembers the iconic dance steps of Asha Bhosle’s song.
In the caption of the video shared by Ranveer Singh on Instagram, the caption read, “Nana is peak Rocky-ism! 93 and Rock(y)ing!!!”
