Ranveer Singh on 'original gangster' Shah Rukh Khan: He has built this mall where we are running our small shops

The Simmba star went on to say that Shah Rukh is the original gangster, and he still acts like one on occasion. He's the best gangster there is, and Singh loves him and holds him in the highest regard. He can't wait to see Khan again on the big screen.

On January 25, 2023, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan will be released in theatres. John Abraham and Deepika Padukone also appear in Siddharth Anand's espionage thriller. The superstar also has Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki, which will be released on December 23, 2023. The film features Taapsee Pannu as the female lead.

Meanwhile, Ranveer will be featured in Jayeshbhai Jordaar, directed by debutant Divyang Thakkar. The film, produced by Maneesh Sharma under Yash Raj Films, will be released on Friday. The actor also recently announced the release date of the Rohit Shetty directorial Cirkus, which will be a Christmas release this year.
