Ranveer Singh overtakes Virat Kohli to become India’s ‘most valued celebrity of 2022’

One of Bollywood's most adored and recognised stars is actor Ranveer Singh. He has appeared and has a sizable fan base. The actor is an absolute powerhouse of talent and is often in the news. Ranveer is at the top when it comes to brand endorsements, leaving behind bigwigs like Virat Kohli & Shah Rukh Khan, according to a recently released celebrity brand analysis.

Ranveer, who was most recently seen in Cirkus, took the top spot among Indian celebrities, with a brand worth of roughly USD 181.7 million (15,01,70,50,750.00). Virat Kohli was close behind with a brand value of USD 176.9 million.

According to the Kroll celebrity brand valuation research 2022, a list of 25 sportsmen and entertainers who are setting the bar for brand endorsements has been released. Importantly, brand endorsements play a significant role in the careers of many public celebrities. Actor Ranveer Singh has taken the top spot on the list. Curiously, despite the fact that his past two albums did not perform particularly well, his popularity has not diminished, as shown by this list.

The next three celebs on the list after Ranveer Singh and Virat Kohli are Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, and Deepika Padukone. Fans were shocked to see that superstar Shah Rukh Khan was listed in 10th place. Together with Alia & Deepika, actors Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, MS Dhoni, and Allu Arjun from Pushpa also made the list of the top 10. The entertainment sector, which was adversely effected by the pandemic, is now slowly rebounding, according to the research.
