Ranveer Singh reveals how Aditya Chopra's prophesy stayed with him over the years following the success of Ranveer vs Wild

Ranveer, who has now made his OTT debut with Ranveer vs Wild with Bear Grylls on Netflix, has talked about how something Aditya Chopra said years ago has stayed with him even today following the success of the show. 

“I’m particularly pleased to see the whopping viewership statistics that have been shared with me. At the start of my career, my mentor Aditya Chopra told me that I have the kind of personality where I will earn more love from audiences. I engage them with my persona. His prophecy stayed with me over the years,” the actor said, as reported by Mid Day. 

Ormax, who tracks the performance of content on OTT, has reported that Ranveer vs Wild has had an impressive 6.7 million views in its first week, making it one of the most viewed shows on the platform in India last week. 

Ranveer vs Wild with Bear Grylls follows the fan-favourite actor as he throws himself into the Serbian wilderness in search of Ramonda Serbica, a rare flower that grows in those parts. He is accompanied by British adventurer and survival expert, Bear Grylls. 

Grylls is known for taking notable personalities and celebrities into the wild, as they survive the harsh realities of nature. Narendra Modi, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Vikcy Kaushal and Rajinikanth are some of the celebrities that have accompanied Grylls into the wilderness in the past.
