Now as their new pad is getting readied right beside that of Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, a latest report says that Singh has sold two flats that he owned in Mumbai.
For the unversed, Ranveer owned two flats in Goregaon, Mumbai, o n the Western Express Highway. He made headlines even when he brought them back in the day. Reports now claim that he has sold them for a staggering Rs 15.25 crore. Read on to know everything you should about the same.
As per Moneycontrol, Ranveer Singh has sold two luxury apartments that he owned in Mumbai. Situated on the Western Express Highway, the flats were on the 43rd floor of a high-rise named Oberoi Exquisite. Near to Oberoi Mall, in Goregaon East, the property was in a prominent location in the city. Occupying 1,324 square feet, the property also included six parking areas. The property is sold for Rs 15.25 crore.
The report also claims that Ranveer Singh received a stamp duty of Rs 45.75 lakh per flat, and they have been bought by an owner who already stays in the same building. The said deal was sealed on November 6, 2023.
Meanwhile, reports have also suggested that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have also booked a new home in Bandra. The said home is a quadruplex situation near Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic mansion Mannat, in Mumbai. The reported cost of this quadruplex is said to be Rs 119 crores.
