Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar first look to be attached with Param Sundari in theaters? Here's what we know

The makers of Dhurandhar shared the first look of the film on July 6 to celebrate Ranveer Singh's birthday. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film features an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and others. Now, the first look teaser is all set to be attached to Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor's Param Sundari in theaters, releasing on August 29.

Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar first look has a 2-minute-42-second cut and has been certified U/A 16+ by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). It was released digitally back on July 6, 2025, and now will be unveiled for the first time on the big screen as it is set to be attached to Param Sundari, releasing in theatres on August 29.

On August 22, the trailer of Dhurandhar cleared the CBFC’s certificate with a U/A rating. As per CBFC’s website, the trailer is 2 minutes and 42 seconds long. 

About Dhurandhar

Earlier, there were reports of crew members working in Dhurandhar falling ill during the ongoing schedule in Leh. It was claimed that the medical emergency was caused by poor quality of food or cost cutting.

However, a source clarified, "This is one of the biggest films in production right now. Why would there be any need for cost-cutting at all? Leh is an incredibly difficult terrain to shoot. This is a unit of over 300 people. There was a local contamination issue which led to this. It is horrible that such ridiculous rumours are floating."

The source added that health, hygiene and crew safety have always been considered the highest priority, while additional precautions and strict supplier oversight are being taken as the unit resumes operations.

Dhurandhar is written, directed, and produced by Aditya Dhar, and co-produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar.

Dhurandhar is scheduled to release on December 5, 2025.
