Dhurandhar: The Revenge (2026), directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2025 blockbuster film, Dhurandhar. The sequel is set to feature R. Madhavan's character (IB Director Ajay Sanyal) more prominently, as he trains Ranveer Singh's character (Jaskirat, under the guise of Hamza) in espionage, escalating the conflict. While fans are awaiting the release of the sequel trailer, a report shared an update on the same.

Pinkvilla reported that the trailer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge is gearing up to release in the first week of March, around March 5. "The scale of the second part surpasses the first film in every aspect...from action to emotions and world-building. The team has expanded it like never before, and the trailer will give audiences a solid glimpse into the evolved world of Dhurandhar," revealed the source. 

The trailer features new scenes that reveal previously unseen layers to the story. “Ranveer Singh is undoubtedly the highlight of the trailer. His screen presence and physical transformation as Lyari’s King is being raved about internally. He brings a certain gravitas that will elevate the sequel to another level,” the source added.

Insiders also revealed that the trailer has been set on a grand scale and the main storyline has been carefully retained. With its early-March release strategy, the film is set to gather pace before Eid, emerging as one of the most anticipated cinematic releases of the year.

Meanwhile, as per a trade website, earlier reported by India Today, the Dhurandhar 2 trailer will be released at a grand event at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. The team is counting on the NMACC event to further strengthen the promotional event.
