Rashmika's new film titled Rainbow, Dev Mohan to play the male lead

Rashmika Manadanna was in Hyderabad today as her new film was launched on a grand note. As per the news, this new film is a Telugu-Tamil bilingual which will be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures. The launch happened today and the makers announced that the film has been titled Rainbow.

The film is written and directed by Shantharuban. Shaakuntalam fame Dev Mohan is playing the main lead in this film which is being made on a decent budget. The film will be a romantic fantasy entertainer and will be a lady oriented flick. The makers have planned to wrap up the film in a quick time. Rashmika will be seen in a character driven role for the first time in her career.

As per the news, Rashmika loved the script and okayed the project right away as per the makers. The makers also announced that the film's shoot will kick start from the 7th of this month in Hyderabad. KM. Bhaskaran will handle the camera while Justin Prabhakaran is scoring the music for this film. National award-winning production designer Banglan is incharge of the production design.

Rashmika is selecting scripts very carefully these days and is not signing films in a hurry. She is also part of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 which is on floors as of now and apart from this project, she will also be seen in a film with Nithin which was launched by Chiranjeevi a few days back.
