Rekha‘s video of slapping a pap goes viral but there’s a twist

Veteran actress Rekha looked ethereal in a Manish Malhotra ensemble while attending an awards show in Mumbai yesterday. She was seen posing with the designer as well. 

Rekha looked stunning wearing a white saree-style dupatta over a silver silk kurta-churidaar. She accessorized it with traditional jewelry and matching white and golden heels. However, her video of slapping a pap is now going viral on social media.

Rekha reacts to a pap taking selife with her

The actress can be seen humorously smacking a pap in one of the viral videos as he attempts to take a photo with her. As soon as the video started going viral on social media, fans started reacting to it. One social media user wrote, “Back story - He told her his name is Amitabh." Another person wrote, “He’s so lucky. He got touched and slapped by Rekha ji. Ab woh nahi nahayga (He will not take a bath now)." While one user commented, “Forever Legend”.

Rekha's work front

In 1969, Rekha made her acting debut in the movie Anjana Safar at the age of 14. In some of the most well-known films, such Silsila, Khoon Bhari Maang, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Umraao Jaan and Khubsoorat, to name a few, she has worked. 

On the professional front, Rekha most recently appeared on the cover of Vogue Arabia's July/August edition. Everyone was in awe of the actress and her ageless beauty after the photographs went viral on the internet.
