The trailer of Retta Thala, the upcoming Tamil film starring actor Arun Vijay in the lead role, was released by the makers on social media on Monday. The action thriller is set to release in theatres on December 25.

Retta is an upcoming Tamil film and the trailer of Arun Vijay-starrer is now out. The racy action thriller also features some known faces, including Siddhi Idnani.
The trailer begins with Arun Vijay talking about life being a collection of memories and recalling his lady love Antre played by Siddhi Idnani. Meanwhile, Tanya Ravichandran plays a woman who is on revenge for her husband's death. As we are shown Arun Vijay in two getups. The trailer is also loaded with action sequences, something that Arun Vijay is known for. From the trailer, it looks like Arun Vijay will play dual roles with different shades, with the race on who will win.

Earlier speaking to OTTplay, Kris Thirukumaran “Ondril irundhu ondru (one from one), ondru kaga ondru (one for one), ondru kondru ondru (one kills one). This is the one-liner and the basic idea of the film.” He has earlier helmed films like Maan Karate and Udhayanidhi Stalin's Gethu.
Cast and crew of Retta Thala:
With Arun Vijay headlining the film, the cast also includes Siddhi Idnani and Tanya Ravichandran. Yogi Samy, John Vijay, Hareesh Peradi, Balaji Murugadoss play supporting roles in the film, which is helmed by Kris Thirukumaran. The technical crew consists of music by Sam CS, cinematography by Tijo Tomy and editing handed by Anthony. Stunt choreography will be handled by the popular duo AnbAriv.
Retta Thala is set to release in theatres on December 25. The film’s release will be coinciding with the release of Vikram Prabhu’s crime drama Sirai which is also set for Christmas.
