The first episode of the eighth season of 'Koffee With Karan' featured Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone together for the first time as a married couple. For the first time, Ranveer and Deepika shared their wedding video in this episode. The ethereal video's background music, "Waheguru," heightens the mystical aura. The CEO, Vishal Punjabi, released a statement later on explaining his choice of song for the video, which was created by Wedding Filmer.
The wedding of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone was captured by Vishal Punjabi, CEO of The Wedding Filmer, who posted the lyrics to the song Waheguru on his Instagram story. After that, he went on to discuss the song selection for the video and mentioned its connection to Ranveer Singh.
"The inspiration for the song Waheguru stemmed from Ranveer's daily ritual of beginning his mornings by listening to Ek Onkar by Harshdeep Kaur, the musician stated in his Instagram story. "The significance of Ek Onkar in his routine led to this beautiful rendition, with Waheguru chants being integrated from the sacred Anand Karaj ceremony."
Devenderpal Singh and Harshdeep Kaur sang the song Waheguru, which was used in Deepika and Ranveer's wedding video. “From performing at their dreamy wedding in Lake Como to singing for the most precious wedding film...it all feels so surreal,” Harshdeep Kaur wrote as she posted the clip to her Instagram story.

Ranveer gave a toast at his wedding at the start of the video, saying that he had previously said he would marry Deepika Padukone and that the time had now come. Then, beautiful clips from their wedding are shown in the video, including Ranveer touching up Deepika's makeup and confessing his love to her right before the ceremony. Moreover, brief clips from their relatives discussing Ranveer and Deepika were also included in the wedding film.
