REVEALED: The reason why the netizens slammed Ranbir Kapoor’s mother Neetu Kapoor

That Ranbir Kapoor had dated Ka trina Kaif and Deepika Padukone is something that everyone knows. After having dated these two ladies (with whom he had even worked in films like ‘Ajab Prem ki Gazab Kahani’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ respectively), Ranbir Kapoor eventually got married to Alia Bhatt on April 14. The ‘awesome twosome’ couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt even have a daughter named Raha.

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor’s mother took to social media and shared a rather cryptic post which, eventually fulled the netizens’ ire. The post which Neetu Kapoor had shared read as, ‘“Just because he dated you for 7 years, it doesn't mean he will marry you. My uncle studied medicine for 6 years, now he is a DJ’. Netizens being the smart netizens just did not take any time to put two and two together. They were smart enough to fathom as to what was Neetu Kapoor meaning when she posted the post and who was she referring to through the medium of the post. Thereafter started the ‘slamming session’ from the netizens. In no time, the social media was almost flooded with many messages which was hinted towards Neetu kapoor’s cryptic post.

While one of the tweets read as, “Neetu Kapoor has always had something against Katrina Kaif. Years after their breakup she is still taunting her. They were together for 7 years”, there was another social media message which mentioned, “Basically #RanbirKapoor 's parents have taught him to treat women like an object & throw them away after dating. Under the pretext of modernism, you shouldn't encourage your children for such cheap thrills, just for the sake of the dating experience #NeetuKapoor #Disgusting”.

The messages continued to pour in non-stop on social media. While one netizen write, “The obsession is totally understandable who can get over THE KATRINA KAIF?”, there was another netizen who wrote, ‘Why is Neetu Kapoor suddenly dissing Katrina Kaif on her insta story when Kat has been minding her own business over all these years?’.

As for Neetu Kapoor, she was last seen in the multi-starrer ‘Jugjugg Jeeyo’. Besides Neetu Kapoor, the film also starred Anil Kapoor while Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani played the lead roles.
