Richa Chadha is currently enjoying the success of her most recent movie, Fukrey 3, which was released on 28th September with positive reviews. The movie, which also stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, and Manjot Singh, is doing well financially.

The actress discussed her career and acknowledged that she has some regrets over some of the movies she has worked on. Richa Chadha also talked about what it was like to work in a "toxic environment." The actress admitted that she has been picky from the start and that there are just a few number of movies—around five or six—that she now regrets doing in a recent interview with News18. She didn't mention the names, but she did voice her concerns.

"I've been selective about the films," Chadha stated. She added that she has always been quite selective, but it doesn't mean she hasn't made mistakes. "There are some movies in my filmography that make me cringe and feel regret when I look back at them. I often wonder why I agreed to do them." However, you can't always tell when you get a script if it will be poorly performed or not, she added.

Richa Chada actor added, “I've learned that if you're in a toxic environment or working on a bad film that's not going well, you need to detach yourself from it. So, I'm in that mindset now.”

The actress will be starring with Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, and Aditi Rao Hydari, among others, in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's eagerly anticipated Heeramandi. Talking about if actresses develop insecurities about one another while working on a project, the actress responded that it "completely depends on the person". The actor also admitted that she had a terrific time working for and with Heeramandi.

“There are people who are a little bit cagey insecure, and very obsessed with how they look. And they want to do damaging things such as they’ll forget the line when you are in flow, they’ll forget to give you the cue, they will block your light. It’s very 90s, very tacky behavior. So once I identify people like that, I make sure not to work with them,” Richa added.
