Rihanna’s team spotted arriving in Jamnagar for Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations

After Bollywood celebrities such as Janhvi Kapoor and Manushi Chhillar reached Jamnagar for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations, Rihanna’s team was also spotted arriving in the town.

Reports indicate that Rihanna is slated to perform at the three-day event, joining Punjabi heartthrob Diljit Dosanjh on the stage. This follows the trend set by Anant's sister, Isha Ambani, whose pre-wedding bash featured a private concert by Beyonce, reportedly costing a staggering $6 million (Rs 50 crore).

Radhika and Anant got engaged in 2022, and an engagement ceremony was held in 2023. The extravagant pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant, are set to begin at the Ambani Estate in Jamnagar. And the star-studded guest list is making headlines.

Pre-wedding festivities

Details of the elaborate itinerary have also emerged, with guests treated to a lineup of themed parties and cultural experiences. From an 'Evening in Everland-themed' cocktail party to a 'Mela Rogue' party, the celebrations promise to be nothing short of spectacular.

Over 2,500 dishes, featuring cuisines ranging from Thai to Mexican, prepared by a team of 21 chefs, will tantalize the taste buds of the privileged attendees. Chartered flights will ferry around 1,000 guests to the venue, where sari drapers, stylists, and makeup artists will be on hand to ensure everyone looks their best. A nine-page guide has reportedly been given to each guest, and according to the Daily Mail, a part of it reads, “We would like you to enjoy each moment to the fullest and make beautiful memories that last a lifetime.” Anant and Radhika's choice of Jamnagar as the wedding venue holds sentimental significance, as highlighted in their pre-wedding invite. The couple cited the region's transformation into a green community through extensive tree-planting initiatives and Anant's dedication to nurturing a haven for rescued animals as reasons for selecting the locale.

Star-studded guest list
