Bollywood’s adorable celebrity couple, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza along with their kids are presently enjoying their tour to Uttar Pradesh. A day ago, on April 19, the couple along with their kids were present at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow where they cheered for the cricketers in full josh. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) played a match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). At the end of the match, LSG beat CSK by 8 wickets. Today, the couple offered prayers at the holy Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Today, just a day before Mahavir Jayanti, Riteish and Genelia visited Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir. At the location, they offered heartfelt prayers to the divine deities. Speaking from the fashion lens, Riteish chose to wear a simple orange kurta pyjama while Genelia chose to wear a simple yet sparkling white salwaar suit.
The couple along with their son posed for a photo along with the priest of the temple, which is now viral on social media.
What is special about the temple?
The Ram Mandir is a Hindu temple complex located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. Many Hindus believe it is built on the sacred land of Ram Janmabhoomi, the legendary birthplace of Lord Rama, a highly respected deity in Hinduism. Following a prana pratishtha (consecration) ceremony, the temple was formally inaugurated on January 22, 2024.
At the inauguration, notable Bollywood celebrities including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Amitabh Bachchan, Rohit Shetty and Kangana Ranaut offered prayers to the deities.
On the professional front, Riteish Deshmukh is eagerly looking forward to his next theatrical, Welcome to the Jungle. This movie is slated to be released in December this year.
