British actor Benedict Garrett, who features in RocketBoys 2, has wrapped up the shoot of Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 and Vikram's Dhruva Natchathiram. The actor, who called working with the team of Indian 2, a fantastic experience, wrote on his social media handle, "Today is my final day of shooting for Indian 2. It’s been hard work but a fantastic experience working alongside an acclaimed director, iconic actors & an amazing international crew & cast. Look forward to seeing the end product later this year. #Kollywood #Tamil #actorslife (sic)." The shoot for Shankar's Indian 2 is going in full swing and a schedule was recently wrapped in Kalpakkam in the outskirts of Chennai.

The actor had announced that after wrapping up the portions of Indian 2, he was heading straight to the sets of Gautham Menon and Vikram's long-delayed Dhruva Natcathiram. He completed the shoot of the film at night and revealed that he had wrapped up the portions for the film, too. He wrote, "Aaaand that’s another wrap! Both for me and for the whole film - honoured to have been part of it & it’s very last shot scene. After 6 long years of shooting #DhruvaNatchathiram will finally be releasing this May!#Kollywood #Tamil #gauthamvasudevmenon #ChiyaanVikram (sic)."

Interestingly, both the projects have been long in the making. While the shoot for Indian 2 resumed late last year after Kamal Haasan went to the US to prepare for his role, Dhruva Natchathiram shoot was recently revived. Gautham Menon had earlier indirectly announced the film's shoot along with a  picture of him and Vikram with the caption, "The stars will align soon." Later the film's music composer Harris Jayaraj announced that he had begun working on the film's music. Both films are expected to hit screens this year, much to the relief of the fans of Kamal Haasan and Vikram.
