Watch Rocket Boys Season 2 on OTTplay

Rocket Boys 2 trailer is here and it is sure to give you the best of Jim Sarbh and Ishwak Singh, who play the roles of Dr. Homi Bhabha and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai respectively. The 2.53 minute clip gives you a background about the show but more interestingly, it shows a debate between the two intellectuals. Their debate is also matured enough and will leave you impressed.

The trailer has a scene between Dr. Bhabha and Dr. Sarabhai. This is when they look in other directions.

Dr. Bhabha is known to do things his way but Dr. Sarabhai tends to go by the books. While Dr. Bhabha wants an atomic bomb, Dr. Sarabhai wants to launch a satellite in space.

One of them suffers and puts the blame on the other. Here, Ishwak’s dialogue, “Sadly, I’m the only one who knows you enough,” hits the right spot.

Rocket Boys 2 is set in the times after Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s demise and Indira Gandhi becoming the new Indian PM. She started the project Operation Smiling Buddha (Pokhran-I). That becomes one of the major aspects this season.

Of course, Regina Cassandra and Saba Azad return in the roles of Mrinalini Sarabhai and Pipsy. They are seen in briefer screen space in the trailer but sure are still a big part of the lead characters’ lives.

Dibyendu Bhattacharya also returns in his role of Raza Mehdi in this season. Arjun Radhakrishnan is seen as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on the show.

Rocket Boys is currently streaming on Sony LIV. The second season is expected to release on the same OTT platform on March 16.
