October is when Kannada actor Yash is supposed to be making the big announcement about his next, #Yash19. For a year and a half since KGF: Chapter 2 came out, the Rocking Star’s fans have literally been waiting with bated breath for word on what he will do next after the mammoth success of the Prashant Neel directorial. From KGF: Chapter 3 to films with Narthan, Shankar and a few others, there was a lot of conjecture about what Yash would do, but the actor never addressed any of it, choosing instead to only say that he’s not been sitting idle and that he and his team have been working hard on something that he would announce when the time is right.

A year ago, Yash was in the US, where he was spotted indulging in a spot of target shooting practice along with Hollywood action co-ordinator JJ Perry. At the time, not much was read into it, although there was a school of thought that the duo were looking at collaborating on Yash’s next. Earlier today, Perry took to social media to share another picture with Yash; this time from London and that has set social media on fire with speculation that they are now working on the final preparation for the actor’s look and presentation in #Yash19. “Yash is going to break our expetcations,” wrote a fan, to which another added, “It's time to set kannada industry into global map 🔥MAN getting Ready To Make Epic Movie With Mass Combinations. Yash’s film is said to be directed by Moothon maker Geethu Mohandas and while she has been quoted as saying that her next will be a gangster flick told from a woman’s perspective, in recent times, multiple reports have stated that her collaboration with the Rocking Star is going to be about the drug trade in Goa in the early 20th century and the Russian mafia connect to it. Well, if all the speculation is to be believed, we should know for sure shortly, when Yash finally makes that long-awaited announcement.
