There is no stopping for RRR at the domestic and international box office. The film, starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, has been reigning in the hearts of the filmgoing audiences ever since its release on March 25.
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala shared the latest box office update of the film. The SS Rajamouli directorial has now crossed the Rs 800 crore mark the worldwide box office, an impressive milestone for any film on Day 9.

Currently, in its second weekend, RRR is yet to witness a drop in its popularity in spite of new releases like John Abraham's actioner Attack and the Jared Leto-led film Morbius, according to Box Office India.
Even the Hindi version of the film have surpassed expectations, which does not come as a surprise after the exemplary performance of the Baahubali series. Box Office India notes that the numbers of the second Friday are at par with the opening day collection even after a reduction in the number of screens.

The makers, on March 30, had announced that RRR had earned Rs 610 crore worldwide in gross figures, news agency PTI had reported. Its opening day earnings alone were Rs 257 crore. RRR was made on a whopping budget of Rs 450 crore and boasts impeccable shots and imagery.
RRR is a fictionalised take on real-life Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR). Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn also feature in key roles. Other cast members are Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris.
