RRR Box Office Day 1 prediction: SS Rajamouli's magnum opus likely to earn Rs 130 crore gross

RRR has been released today and is considered a hit on its first day itself. Before the release of the film, fans have been quite impatient and eager to watch the most-anticipated film of the year as soon as they can. The Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer has hit the silver screens in over 3200 theatres across the country. Along with the die-hard movie-lovers, critics have also been raving about RRR. Meanwhile, the box office collection of the epic action-drama film has been the talk of the town for a few weeks. Meanwhile, Ormax Media has unveiled its report that claims the first-day collection of RRR to go around Rs 130 crore.

The media giant took its latest report to its official Instagram handle and exclusively shared the forecast for gross box-office collection of RRR in all language versions in India. The latest post reads, "#OrmaxCinematix FBO (First-Day Box Office Forecast) for today's major release RRR (all-India Gross) #FBO (sic)."

Made on a budget of ₹400 crores, the Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer also has Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in major roles. RRR also features Samuthirakani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Shriya Saran essaying supporting characters.

The period action drama film is a fictional tale of the 1920s that revolves around two revolutionaries and chronicles their journey of becoming the legendary freedom fighters for their country.

The historical epic-dram has been released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi in India. Reportedly, the movie will be available to stream on Netflix and ZEE5 in the second week of June after its theatrical release.
