RRR singer, Rahul Sipligunj slams rumors of joining this prestigious political party, deets inside

RRR made headlines and changed the careers of many. The Rajamouli film won an Oscar Award for Best Song, Naatu Naatu, and one of them, who sang the song was Rahul Sipligunj, who also performed at the awards show in the US. Well, he has made headlines now as news has been going out that he has joined a political party and he will contest elections soon.

Rahul Sipligunj is a popular singer in Telugu states and has a massive following in Telangana. As he has a lot of political connections, and met one of the big wigs of the Congress party, news came out that Rahul is all set to join the Congress party and will contest as an MLA from the Ghosha Mahal constituency in Hyderabad. 

Looks like these reports have hurt Rahul a lot and he has finally responded. Well, Rahul took to Instagram and slammed the rumors. On an elaborate note, he said that he is an entertainer and will continue to do so all his life. 

All the reports going on social media and various portals are false and he has no interest in politics, said Rahul. The star singer is from the old city of Hyderabad and made a start to his career from humble beginnings.

Rahul Sipliganj’s involvement with political figures across party lines is well-documented. He frequently participates in events organized by political leaders and maintains amicable relations with representatives from different parties. 

All this escalated into him joining politics and that too, the Congress party. Now that he has slammed the rumors, his ardent fans are happy that his not shifting his career into politics.
