Telugu superstar Ram Charan is making quite an impression in Hollywood. Since last week, Charan is busy giving interviews to the media in Los Angeles as part of the ongoing Oscar campaign. During a recent interview, Charan was introduced by the show's host as "Brad Pitt of India." And when Charan was asked how he feel about that description, he had a witty comeback.

"He (Ram Charan) has been referred to as the Brad Pitt of India. Do you like that designation?" asked the host.

"I mean, I like Brad Pitt for sure," replied Charan. His witty reply is going viral on the internet.

On the same show, Charan also expressed his desire to take the Oscar trophy to India. “I just wanted to be a guest in the show and now being nominated, I can’t wait to take that lady back home with our team,” he said.

RRR's global hit song Naatu Naatu has been nominated for the Academy Awards in the Best Orginal Song. And the main cast and crew have thrown their weight behind the promotions to improve the chance of RRR bagging the coveted award. The promotions are in the last stretch and days before the big Oscar night, RRR will be re-released across the US on March 3.

Charan has been doing a solid job creating awareness about the film across American channels. The film will be re-release in more than 200 theatres despite being available on Netflix.

Charan has also expressed his willingness to perform the world-famous Naatu Naatu hook step during the Oscars. In the meantime, Jr NTR is still in India shooting for his next film. He will join the RRR team for the Oscars, which is set to take place on March 12.
