SS Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial RRR (Rise, Roar, Revolt) is touted to be another epic vision of the filmmaker after Baahubali. While not much is known about the project, it has already been reported that Ram Charan and Jr. NTR will be seen portraying the characters of freedom fighters in the film.

It has been quite some time since this highly anticipated movie began rolling. However, the shoot was earlier brought to a halt due to the risk of Covid 19 in the country.

Now, the shooting has been resumed and some pictures from the sets have emerged on social media. The latest candid shots that have been doing the rounds show glimpses of Ram Charan’s transformation for the film. Though the new pictures don't reveal the costumes and the whole get-up of the actor, they certainly tease the makeover that he has gone through for the film.

The makers had earlier announced that the rights to the Hindi version of ‘RRR’ were sold to Netflix and the other languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam were sold to Zee5. Following the footsteps of the multi-starrer film, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam has done the same.

RRR also has a huge star cast of Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and Edward Sonnenblick among others.

Ram Charan was last seen in the Telugu action film Vinaya Vidheya Rama alongside Vivek Oberoi and Kiara Advani, which can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video. Currently, he is also filming another action-drama titled Acharya that also features Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde in pivotal roles.
