Runway 34 OTT release: Ajay Devgn’s directorial now available as ‘Early Access’ video-on-demand

It appears that Amazon Prime Video is pushing hard with its new Movie Rentals on Prime Video business model, whereby the streaming platform offers subscribers, and non-subscribers, early access to premium titles, albeit at an additional cost. At present, films like KGF: Chapter 2, The Lost City, Venom: Let there be Carnage, Old, Visithiran, Moonfall, etc., are among the many titles that can be purchased to view with a validity of 30 days and 48 hours timeframe to finish watching once started.

The latest to join this long list of films is Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34. Starting today, viewers have early access to the movie. The added bonus is that the version on the platform includes previously unseen, visually stunning footage from the film.

Directed and produced by Ajay Devgn under the banner of Ajay Devgn FFilms, Runway 34 features him in the lead, along with Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh, Boman Irani, Angira Dhar and Aakanksha Singh, among others. Both Prime members and non-members, can rent the movie in 4K quality for Rs 199 on Prime Video and experience this movie from the comfort of their homes.

Inspired by true incidents, Runway 34 revolves around Captain Vikrant Khanna played by Ajay, a flying prodigy, whose flight takes a mysterious course after take-off from an international destination. Cutting-edge visual treatment of the narrative, a crisp story and screenplay makes the movie an immersive watch.
