Sa Re Ga Ma Pa: Young Susmita steals hearts in the reality show

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2024 has started. There is always a craze about this Zee Bangla reality show. Contestants from all over India take part in the show. Now, the final selection of the audition round is going on. Recently, a young participant attracted everybody’s attention. 

Susmita is from Kolkata’s Kalikapur. She is from a humble background but this could not hinder her dream. Her father is a Jhalmuri seller. Sumita also helps her father along with studying and music. She sang in the audition ‘Bande Maya Lagaiche Piriti Sikhaiche’. 

The judges were mesmerized by her singing. Iman Chakraborty and Raghab Chatterjee also started singing with her. 

The show came with many surprises this year. It was assumed that Anirban Bhattacharya would host the show since he hosted Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Legends. But Abir Chatterjee reprised his role. 

This time, there will be eight judges and no mentor. The judges are Javed Ali, Iman Chakraborty, Raghab Chatterjee, Jojo Mukherjee, Santanu Moitra, Indraadip Dasgupta, Antara Moitra, Koushiki Chakraborty etc. There will be four teams with two judges at each. Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia will carry out the responsibilities of the Mahaguru. 

The show’s grand opening was on June 2. It performed well in the TRP and got a rating over 5. It is now the topper among the non-fiction shows.
