Filming and dubbing for the upcoming Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan starrer, Saani Kaayidham is said to be completed. The latest update from the upcoming social drama circles is the character of Keerthy Suresh, who is touted to portray the role of Selvaraghavan's sister in the movie.

The first look of Saani Kaayidham was released earlier, which featured Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan adorning roles of rural people that looked intense and deep. Being surrounded with police weapons in the first look, instantly piqued the curiosity of fans which only amplified when the actors were seen kneeling down and looking melancholy.

Fans have also been wondering about the roles that are going to be played by the actors after seeing them in the poster. The actors are touted to be portraying the roles of siblings in the period of social drama, according to reports.

Talking about the movie, Saani Kaayidham is said to be based on real-life incidents from the ’80s. Directed by Arun Matheswaran, the social drama is bankrolled under Screen Scene Media Entertainment. It will feature the soundtrack composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja with Yamini Yagnamurty cranking up the cameras for the movie. Editing and art direction have been taken care of by Nagooran and Ramu Thangaraj respectively.

Filming of Saani Kaayidham was completed recently, followed by dubbing that was taking place at a steady pace. The release date of the upcoming social drama is expected soon.
