Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo actor Angira Dhar on Homi Adajania's web series: You don't know what to expect

Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo is the upcoming crime drama series on Disney+ Hotstar. Directed by Homi Adajania, it stars Dimple Kapadia, Radhika Madan, Angira Dhar, and Isha Talwar in lead roles. After many promo videos, the makers have dropped another character video unveiling Dhar's badass character that sees the diva sharing her thoughts on the upcoming show calling it completely unexpected. 

The new promo begins with, Dhar shooting an intense scene in the desert and saying that she has shot a man in his head. As soon as the shot gets over, the actor giggles on the set. Actor Varun Mitra enters the next montage and calls the Love Per Square Foot actor a fiery woman. "She looks like a warrior," he further adds.

Moving on Dhar explains that her character Kajal is the muscle in the household amongst the women. She says, "Kajal's character is what hit me really the hardest when I was reading about this show and I have never done a character like this before that really explores my own dark side in order to play this character."

"Like, the character is grey and she is very layered in terms of her emotions, in terms of her personality, you know, there is a lot going on in the head. Meanwhile, the action sequences are quite solid and pretty hard core. That is the thing about this series, you don't know what to expect. That's the thing about it," she adds.

Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo, which is produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Monica Dogra Naseeruddin Shah, Varun Mitra and Ashish Verma in key roles along with Udit Arora, Jimit Trivedi and Vipin Sharma as supporting characters.
