Sada Ronger Prithibi trailer launch sees a bevy of stars

The trailer of the film Sada Ronger Prithibi, directed by Raajhorshee De, was released at a multiplex in South Kolkata. The film is billed as a thriller that centres around the trafficking of widows from Varanasi.

Minister Shashi Panja was present in the trailer launch program. Sohini Sastri, producer Amit Agarwal, Raajhorshee De, and the film’s cast and crew were also present. The film is the first to deal with the theme of the trafficking of widows.

A young cop tries to investigate the crime and goes undercover. But he faces different unforeseen problems. Will he be able to defeat the threats and political pressure and fight successfully against the crime? The film will have the answer.

The film is produced by Susanta Sengupta, Srabani Pal, and Raajhorshee De. Srabanti Chatterjee, Souraseni Moitra, Arindam Sil, Ritabrata Mukherjee, Sneha Chatterjee, Mallika Banerjee, Deblina Kumar, Ananya Banerjee, Richa Sharma, Sohini Guharoy, Debasree Ganguly, Oindrila Bose, Arunava Dey Roy, Ishan Majumder, Monalisa Banerjee, and Anuradha Choudhury will act in the film. Ashu Chakraborty is the composer of the film. The film will be released on February 23.
