Saiyaara Title Track OUT: Ahaan Panday-Aneet Padda go through breakup in heart-touching song; Impressed fans say 'Too good'

Fans are waiting with bated breath as Yash Raj Films and Mohit Suri have collaborated for the first time in the movie, Saiyaara. An intense love story, Saiyaara is directed by Mohit Suri and marks the debut of Ahaan Panday alongside Aneet Padda. Notably, Ahaan is the cousin of Ananya Panday. After the teaser went viral, the makers dropped the title track today, June 3, which has already won fans' hearts.

Yash Raj Films released the title track for Saiyaara on their social media channel. The video shows Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda going through a breakup. Ahaan is reminiscing about the beautiful, love-filled memories shared with Aneet while living in the gloomy present. One scene also shows Aneet getting married while Ahaan is crying, seemingly in thought of not getting Aneet as his forever. Some scenes also mirror Aashiqui 2, featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Fans react to Saiyaara title track

Reacting to the title song, one fan said, "Kya hu gaana bana diya. Too good." Another commented, "Meaningful lyrics made the song more beautiful." A third fan said, "I am damn sure this song will be trending." "I am so proud of Ahaan," read one comment. "Aneet Padda hits differently," read another comment.

Several fans expressed a desire to get Arijit Singh's songs in Saiyaara movie.

Faheem Abdullah voiced Saiyaara's title track. The lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil while the music is given by Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah, and Arslan Nizami. The director of the choreography is Vijay Ganguly.

Mohit Suri on Saiyaara album

Talking about the Saiyaara album, filmmaker Mohit Suri said, “One thing that only a handful of close friends know about me is that I love meeting new composers, singers .. collecting melodies and songs much like people who love reading, collect books. So, the album of Saiyaara has my songs, thoughts and melodies that I have carefully collected and curated for over 5 years.”

He also added that they have a line-up of incredibly talented artists who have worked on the first song of Saiyaara, and hoped they are giving everyone a romantic song that they would remember for a long, long time.

Saiyaara marks the first collaboration of YRF and Mohit Suri. Fans are super excited for the film as both YRF and Mohit are popularly known for making the greatest love stories. For the unversed, Mohit Suri is the director of Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur's Aashiqui 2. He also directed Ek Villain, Malang, and more.

Meanwhile, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda's Saiyaara will hit theatres on July 18, 2025.
