Saiyaara's release has left netizens divided about the film but in particular about Ahaan Panday's Bollywood debut. While a few feel that there is a lot of paid PR involved, others have recorded videos showcasing the craze for Ahaan. Which side are you on?
While the internet is mostly talking about Ahaan Panday's craze, there is a section that feels it is just PR hype. A few have gone on to call his acting bad, but there is another side too, and that is reactions captured on camera.
There are a few netizens who have recorded videos from theatres. There, the theatre-goers whistle and cheer on seeing, no guesses, Ahaan Panday.
Saiyaara could end up having the highest opening day at the Box Office. It has already beaten Salman Khan's Sikandar, which had the second-highest opening day in 2025. According to trade gurus, the movie is likely to open to Rs. 20-25 crores, which is the highest ever Box Office opening for a Bollywood debutant.

Saiyaara is Aashiqui 2 director Mohit Suri’s offering and marks Aneet Padda’s Bollywood debut alongside Ahaan Panday’s. The movie has often been thought as Aashiqui 3, but on the official front, it is indeed not Aashiqui 3. While the story of the movie started off as Aashiqui 3, the title had to be changed. Although the film takes huge inspiration from Aashiqui 2, a few netizens have pointed out that the movie cannot be called of the Aashiqui franchise and is just another story of good girl who is terminally ill falling for a bad guy. Saiyaara has released in theatres and has received good critic reviews so far.
