Once they decided to go with the first option, it was rumoured that the film was gearing up for release on May 27.

Rakshit, who is counting down to his next, 777 Charlie, which is also a home production and will be out on June 10, is also backing a film called Abracadabra, which stars Anant Nag, Siri Ravikumar, BV Shrunga, and Avinash Rai and is being directed by Shishir Rajmohan. The actor-filmmaker also recently launched a subsidiary to his production house Paramvah Studios, called Paramvah Spotlight, to produce content-oriented cinema, the first of which, Strawberry, with Sruthi Hariharan in the lead, is also complete. The actor, who is on a schedule break from his film with Hemanth M Rao, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello, will begin work on his directorial Richard Anthony thereafter.
