Salman Khan beats Akshay Kumar, is the eighth most popular male star in India

The list of most popular male stars in India is out. In the month of April, Salman Khan has overthrown Akshay Kumar. The ‘Tiger’ is the eighth most loved male star in India.

Ormax Media has unveiled its new list of the most loved male stars in India. Salman replaced Akshay’s spot from the month of March, in April.

Shah Rukh Khan is still the most loved Bollywood actor across India. He is at the second spot even in the month of April.

‘Thalapathy’ Vijay continues to remain the most loved male star in India. He has been untouched at the spot for the longest time.

Prabhas, who will soon be seen in Adipurush, is also the third most loved once again this month. His film is up for release and he plays the role of Lord Ram in it.

Ajith Kumar went up one spot in the rankings. While he was on number five last month, this month, he is the fourth most loved.

Jr. NTR, who was on number four last month, has seen a massive drop in rankings. He fell from number four to six.

His RRR co-star Ram Charan continues to compete with Ajith this month too. It is the fifth most loved male star in India.

Allu Arjun, who will be seen in Pushpa 2 soon, continues ranking on number seven. The teaser of his film made all the right waves but it looks like there’s still time for him to rise up in top five.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan replaced Akshay Kumar on number eight. The actor’s film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan released on Eid.

Akshay’s ranking, on the other hand, dropped from number eight to nine. The actor did not have any movie release except his theatrical movies releasing on OTT. Selfiee, co-starring Emraan Hashmi, released on Disney+Hotstar recently but left little impact.

KGF star Yash, despite having the highest-grossing film in 2022, continues to be the least loved star in India. He is on number 10 even in this month.
