The news of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt's cameo in an international film recently surfaced online. Days after the news broke, a video of Salman's shoot for the big-budget film was leaked online. Following this, details about Khan's presence in the Arab film have been revealed. According to a media report, the Arab film is called The Seven Dogs and Salman has already wrapped his cameo's shoot.
Apart from Salman Khan, the Arab film stars Egyptian actors Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz. They are reportedly cast as the lead actors of the film. As of now, the film is being shot in Saudi Arabia. As for Salman, the Bollywood superstar shot for his cameo sequences in Riyadh.
"Salman shot some sequences set in a villain’s den, near a market in Riyadh. He wrapped up his sequences on Wednesday and headed out to Dubai for the launch of his nephew Ayaan Agnihotri’s single," a source told Mid-Day. The superstar apparently began filming for his cameo on February 17, 2025.
The report further suggests filmmaker-duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are helming the film. Moreover, Salman's friend, Turki Al-Sheikh, has penned the Arab thriller. He is one of the prominent figures in Saudi Arabia's entertainment industry. For that matter, The Seven Dogs is touted as one of the most expensive Arabic language productions.
On the work front, Salman is currently gearing up for the theatrical release of Sikandar. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie stars Salman, Rashmika Mandanna, Pooja Hegde, Sathyaraj, and Prateik Babbar in key roles. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the action thriller has been scheduled for Eid 2025 release. A new poster of Sikandar was unveiled on Nadiadwala's birthday.
