The trailer launch of Salman Khan’s upcoming Eid release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, was held on Monday evening in Mumbai.

Many of the cast members of the film, including Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Jassie Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Bhumika Chawla, Bhagyashree, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, and Vijender Singh, were present at the event and engaged in friendly banter, much to the delight of those present.

Vijender, a professional boxer who has won an Olympic medal for India, and Salman have some high-octane action sequences in the film. Vijender’s first tryst with acting was back in 2014 for the film Fugly. So, when he was asked if he was nervous while facing the camera, the Olympic champ said, "Jab bhai hai toh sab nervousness chali jaati hai (When Bhai is around, all nervousness goes away). He used to come to the set on time and finish the shoot on time. Bhai taught me a lot, like how to hit on screen…"

To this, Salman interjected, "I taught him how not to hit. It's not like just because we were acting, his punches didn't hurt. I had to tell him, ‘Bhai, all my body parts and muscles are hurting, so please, ab aaram se marna. Despite that, he couldn't control himself."

As everyone erupted in laughter, Vijender said that he did learn how to do so in the end, to which Salman joked, "Yes, in the last shot."

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, produced by Salman Khan, will release in theatres on April 14.
