While there are four confirmed projects in the pipeline, the most interesting of them all has to be the one that stars him alongside Sanjay Dutt. The two are reuniting after Saajan and Chal Mere Bhai, which has left fans excited. Soon, it was also reported that the movie is titled Ganga Ram, and that made quite a few headlines. It was said that Ganga Ram is played by either of the actors and that it is the leading character of the movie.

But the latest reports have now indicated that Ganga Ram is not one person, but two people. While Salman Khan will be playing Ganga, Sanjay Dutt has been cast to play Ram. The movie is a family entertainer and will include a lot of action. Read on to know everything you should about the same.
A source told Bollywood Hungama, "After the Ganga Ram news came out, many began to wonder if Ganga Ram is the name of one person. Fans speculated that either Salman Khan or Sanjay Dutt will be playing Ganga Ram. But that’s not the case. Ganga and Ram are the names of two principal characters. While Salman Khan will essay the role of a character named Ganga, Sanjay Dutt will play the role of a man named Ram."
The source added, "Ganga Ram is mounted as a wholesome entertainer and will have lots of action. The makers are trying to ensure that the audience gets its money’s worth when they come to see this film starring two macho stars of Bollywood." Ganga Ram will be produced by Salman Khan Films and helmed by debutant director Krish Ahir.
Sanjay Dutt Confirms Reunion with Salman Khan
Sanjay Dutt today graced the trailer launch of his latest movie Bhootnii. The Khalnayak actor got candid about many things, and one of them was his reunion with Salman Khan. Confirming the movie, he expressed his excitement about reuniting with the star after over two decades. He said, “Hum do bhai saath a rahe hain. Aapne Saajan dekhi, Chal Mere Bhai dekhi, aur ab action picture hai. I am very, very excited ki apne chhote bhai ke saath kaam karunga 25 saal baad.”
He also lauded Salman and the trailer of Sikandar. He said, “Superhit trailer hai. Mera bhai hai chhota, aur uske liye main hamesha prarthana karta hoon. Bhagwan ne usko bahut diya hai aur yeh bhi superhit picture hogi.”
Meanwhile, at a recent press conference while promoting Sikandar, Salman Khan also ended up confirming the film with Sanjay Dutt. While he did not divulge any details about the movie, he called the film “rustic and next level.” The makers are yet to officially announce the movie, but it is expected to happen soon, considering both actors have already confirmed it. Fans are eagerly waiting for the announcement.
