Before the COVID-19 pandemic in India, there was a time when superstar Salman Khan used to launch young budding actors in the film industry. However, such is not the case now. With time and experience, he has changed his working style and now hardly launches any new actor in show bizz. The last actor he launched in the industry was Shehnaaz Gill via the movie ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ in which she featured just a supporting actress with little screen time. Speaking on this, Salman Khan has elaborated on what brought the professional change.

“When I was growing up, I did all double hero films. I keep on saying this jab mera ek time pe aise hua tha ke, 'Log nahi aa rahe picture dekhne mein (when this happened to me 'people aren't watching my film). Sunny Deol saab kidhar hai chadh jao, Sanjay Dutt saab kidhar hai chadh jao (Let me work with Sunny Deol and Sanjay Dutt sir). Yeh do heroes the, unke fans, humare fans (There were two heroes, their fans, my fans) when they see us together the collections are almost double and more,” said Salman Khan.

He also added, "I worked with Sanjay Kapoor as well as Anil Kapoor. I worked with everyone. This younger generation doesn't want to do it for some strange reason. I think it's a damn good thing that I get to work with Shah Rukh (Khan) again. If Aamir (Khan) does some other kind of spy verse, then I will get to work with Aamir as well. I worked with Aki (Akshay Kumar). Ya, I worked with everyone basically.”

Meanwhile, Salman’s latest theatrical Tiger 3 has minted over Rs 400 crores at the box office globally.
