Sikandar starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most anticipated films of 2025. Ever since the announcement, the film has been garnering a lot of attention. Fans are eagerly waiting for the new update. Now, adding more anticipation to the film, the latest report revealed that Salman filmed a post-credit song for the film which was a last-minute addition.
Sikandar post-credit song
After completing filming his part for an international film in Saudi Arabia, Salman Khan returned to the bay on February 24 to shoot for Sikandar. The team included a post-credits song at the last minute. It is being shot at Royal Gold Studios in Film City, Goregaon.
A source close to the production revealed, “The song was a last-minute addition, but Salman and producer Sajid Nadiadwala felt it would be a great way to catch the audience’s attention. It is being shot on a lavish scale and will be an integral part of the promotional blitzkrieg.”

An insider from the film’s crew added, "Songs have usually played a big role in Salman’s films, be it Jumme ki raat or Swag se swagat. This track is expected to have a high recall value.”
Salman Khan to play dual roles in Sikandar?
Dainik Bhaskar earlier reported that Salman Khan is set to play a dual role in AR Murugadoss' Sikandar. In the film, he will play a businessman. Although his character is shown as benevolent and kind, he was also a 'Dabangg' in the past. Because of this, Khan's character lives a dual life, with the titular character as one of them.
Meanwhile, on April 11, 2024, Salman Khan took to his Instagram handle and announced that Sikandar will be released in Eid 2025. Sharing the poster of the film, Bhaijaan penned, “Iss Eid ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ aur ‘Maidaan’ ko dekho aur agli Eid Sikandar se aa kar milo…. Wish u all Eid Mubarak! #SajidNadiadwala Presents #Sikandar Directed by @a.r.murugadoss @nadiadwalagrandson @wardakhannadiadwala #SikandarEid2025.”
