The details of the deal have been strictly kept under the wraps
The recently released Salman Khan starrer ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ may not have lived upto the hype and expectations that is generally associated with any Salman Khan film. That has not stopped Bollywood’s beloved ‘bhaijaan’ from marching ahead. Of late, Salman Khan is super busy with the promo shoots of the most-eagerly awaited ‘Bigg Boss OTT’.

Speaking of OTT, as per a news report in E Tim es, it was reported that, Salman Khan has now signed a 5-year deal with the OTT platform Zee 5. This deal is for the exclusive satellite rights of all his films, starting from this January. And as per the reported said deal, the first film which would be a part of this multi-crore deal is his latest release ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
Readers may know that, besides Salman Khan, the film also starred Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam and Shehnaaz Gill in all-important roles. The reported cost of this mega deal is being speculated as multi crores of rupees. Amidst all this, what one does find interesting is that, the said deal will not be reportedly including ‘Tiger 3’, as the film’s producers YRF have already sealed the deal with another OTT platform for a humongous amount. Speaking of Salman Khan and the OTT platform Zee 5, this is not the first time that, he has done a deal with them. Salman Khan’s film ‘Radhe’ was released on Zee 5.
Meanwhile, we came across another report in ‘Bollywood Bubble’, which stated that Salman Khan has signed a new OTT project for Zee5. The news report stated that, the said deal has been signed and that, the hush-hush project would be revealed in a big way soon and is expected to release early next year. The same report stated that, this particular project will stand out as one of the biggest OTT releases from India.
Meanwhile, none of the above news have been announced or confirmed by either Salman Khan or his spokesperson. Till the time it gets announced, all of these news reports will stand as speculations. But, do keep a watch on this space for developments as it happens.
