Salman Khan is currently enjoying the enormous success of his most recent action thriller Tiger 3. The first two days of the film at the box office collected strong numbers. The Maneesh Sharma-directed film was released in theatres on 12th November, on the occasion of Diwali. Now Salman was spotted visiting a theater on Children's Day (14th November) to commemorate the special day with the younger crowd.

On November 14, India celebrates Children's Day, honoring the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, the country's first prime minister. Salman Khan took time to spend the day with a group of children at a theater. The Tiger 3 actor is seen meeting kids and shaking hands with them while they all are happy as they meet the superstar.

Tiger 3 has entered the 100-crore club in just two days of its theatrical release. At the domestic box office, the current total of the film stands at Rs. 101 crore. The film is the third Hindi film of the year to reach the 100 crore milestone in a span of two days; the other two films in this exclusive group are Pathaan and Jawan, both starring Shah Rukh Khan. Tiger 3, which starred Katrina Kaif, became the first Hindi film to be released on Diwali in ten years. Now Salman Khan's top five openers are Tiger 3, Bharat, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Sultan, and Tiger Zinda Hai.

About Tiger 3

Salman and Katrina return to their roles as Tiger aka Avinash Singh Rathore and Zoya, the spies. It is directed by Maneesh Sharma, and Aditya Chopra produced the film. Besides Salman and Katrina, the film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Revathi, and Kumud Mishra.

It chronicles Tiger's dangerous journey while an ISI operative from Pakistan frames him. Within the YRF spy universe, Tiger 3 takes place subsequent to the events of Pathaan, War, and Tiger Zinda Hai. Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger (2012) was the first movie in the franchise. In 2017, Tiger Zinda Hai by Ali Abbas Zafar came after it. Since then, the franchise has grown to include movies like Pathaan and War.
