Fun fact: Bigg Boss season 1 did air on Sony, so for the reality show, it would mean going back to the roots. Of course, the host back then was different, for Radhe actor Salman Khan has been associated with Bigg Boss only for over a decade, while the show itself completed almost two decades.

It is to be noted that SonyLIV already hosts Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati. The show is coming back with season 17. Although the registration questions for KBC 17 are out, the quiz-based TV show will actually start streaming from August.
