Samantha talks about working with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is a highly anticipated Tamil romantic comedy that is set to hit theatres later this month. Samantha, who is one of the leads, has now talked about working on the film and with co-stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.

"The funnest part about KRK has been working with such amazing co-stars, like everyone brought their A game including Vignesh Shivan and I think it was so amazing. My favorite genre is romantic comedy and I am really glad am doing something like this after while,” she wrote in a social media interaction with the fans.

The actor shared a heart emoji when asked about how it was working with Vijay Sethupathi and when asked about working with Nayanthara, she said the actor is phenomenal and called the movie her best work yet. 

Samantha added that director Vignesh Shivan has put his heart and soul into the film and that she prays that the movie is a big success for him. 

Backed by Lalit Kumar under Seven Screen Studio in association with Rowdy Pictures, the movie is touted to be a romantic comedy about a love triangle. The movie has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and the three songs released so far have received love from the fans. The song titled Naan Pizhai has over 29 million views on YouTube. 

The makers also recently revealed that the fourth song from the movie, titled Dippam Dappam will be released soon. The movie’s filming was wrapped earlier this month. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on April 28. 

Samantha, who was last seen in the song Oo Antava from Pushpa: The Rise, is currently working on Shaakuntalam and Yashoda.
