#Santa15: Santhanam’s bilingual with director Prashant Raj titled Kick

Actor Santhanam's upcoming film, which was until now being referred to as Santa 15, has got a title. The romantic comedy directed by Prasant Raj, has been titled Kick. The makers announced the same on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and also shared a poster from the film. Taking to his social media handle, Santhanam wrote, "Happy Vinayakar Chathurthi everyone 😊 Here is the first look of my next #SANTA15, titled #KICK 💥🙏🏻😊 #KickFirstLook #SantasKick @iamprashantraj @TanyaHope_offl @raginidwivedi24 @ArjunJanyaMusic @iamnaveenraaj @Fortune_films #ProductionNo10 @johnsoncinepro (sic)." The poster was unveiled by Gautham Vasudev Menon, Parthiban and Mohan Raja.

The poster features a casually dressed Santhanam with six hands holding on to a number of objects. One of the placards say, 'God is busy, may I help you'. The film is said to be a bilingual in Tamil and Kannada. Kick will mark Santhanam's entry in the Kannada film industry and Prashanth Raj's debut in the Tamil film industry. The director had revealed on his social media handle that the shoot for the film was wrapped up. Sharing a video on him worshipping Lord Ganesha on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the director wrote, "With the grace of GOD we have completed the film & presenting the first look today @11.29am hope YoU ALL❤️ , looking forward for all the best wishes and support HAPPY GANESHA CHATURTHI ALL 🙏🏻🌈✌🏻🌸 #GaneshChaturthi2022 #ganpati (sic)."

The star cast includes Ragini Dwivedi and Tanya Hope. While the music is by Arjun Janya, cinematography and editing are by Sudhakar Raj and Nagooran Ramachandran respectively. Santhanam had made the announcement of the film earlier this year on his social media handle. He had written, "Santhanam's announcement tweet read, "Happy to join hands with director @iamprashantraj for a film under the banner #FortuneFilms. Can't wait to reveal more details with you guys #ProductionNo10 #Santa15 (sic)." The film is bankrolled by Naveen Raj of Fortune Films.
