If the fact that Rakshit Shetty and Hemanth M. Rao are reuniting for a unique project like Sapta Sagaradaache Ello wasn't exciting enough, the makers have another surprise up their sleeves. Turns out that there's a special post-credit sequence to watch out for in Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A, which is out in theatres on September 1, 2023.
Rakshit Shetty made himself available very recently for a fun, mostly unfiltered, 'AMA' (Ask Me Anything) chat with his fans and followers on social media, wherein he answered a few probing questions. One of them concerned the said post-credit sequence and Rakshit gladly revealed that, indeed, Side A of the two-part film does not end with the roll-up credits.
What surprise does Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A withhold?
With less than 3 weeks remaining for the first part of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello, the audiences are keen to know what the pre-release promotions of the film will entail. Not very long ago, Hemanth Rao told OTTplay that the month of August would be a busy period for the team, adding that the lead-up to the release will brim with updates. The team recently released the second single, the title track, from the album to an encouraging response but it is evident that one awaits the trailer of the film. In all likelihood, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A will be out mid-August, between the 15th and 20th.
And what about the Side B trailer? Well, that's where the post-credit sequence comes into play. Although Rakshit Shetty made no such confirmation, we hear that Side A will include the trailer of Side B but the audience will have to wait until the film comes to a formal end. Traditionally, one sees the post-credit scene including a surprise of some kind - a new character reveal, for instance - but Hemanth & Co. could go a step ahead with a new trailer.
A much-loved collaboration
Although the makers' decision to release Sapta Sagaradaache Ello was met with a bit of scepticism by Kannada film aficionados, there is a sense of anticipation (and excitement) in the air at the moment. This mainly stems from seeing Rakshit Shetty back in action on the big screen and especially in an intense demeanour, with him playing a character with two starkly distinct shades . Alongside, one also expects the reunion of Hemanth M. Rao and music composer Charan Raj to deliver once again.
Sapta Sagaradaache Ello's prinicipal cast also includes Rukmini Vasanth and Chaithra J. Achar.
