Sara Ali Khan is certainly keeping busy these days. The actress has a number of projects in the pipeline at the moment, and is showing no signs of slowing down. Despite having a lot on her plate already, Sara does not let anything stop her from dreaming big. The actress recently opened up about the kind of projects she wants to do in future.

During a recently held event, the actress talked about the ‘dream’ roles she wanted to do. She revealed that she wanted to work more with content driven filmmakers and had dreams of essaying a number of roles spanning genres, and work with a number of big names.

She wanted to work with Zoya Akhtar, playing the role of a young urban girl. She also added that she also wanted to do an emotional family drama helmed by Karan Johar, and a period movie directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. “I mean, I want to do everything”, she concluded.

The actress was last seen in the Aanand L. Rais 2021 directorial Atrangi Re, which saw her share the screen with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The film was a direct to digital release on Disney+ Hotstar.

The actress has a number of releases lined up for 2023. They include Pawan Kripalani’s directorial Gaslight, which will see her share the screen with Vikrant Massey, as well as Laxman Utekar’s yet to be titled film featuring Vicky Kaushal. Along with the two, Sara also wrapped up Ae Watan Mere Watan, a period drama produced by Dharma Productions.

She will also star in Anurag Basu’s upcoming anthology, Metro...In Dino which will see her star opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. The anthology, a sequel to Anurag’s Life in a... Metro(2007) will also feature Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal and Neena Gupta.
