Actor Nani's Telugu film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has hit theatres today. The film, which also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan and SJ Suryah in prominent roles, is directed by filmmaker Vivek Athreya. With the film already out and a section of audience already witnessing it, the early reviews of the film are out. Let us find out how the latest Nani-starrer is being received.
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is headlined by Nani, who has already tasted success through his latest films Dasara and Hi Nanna. Now, after Ante Sundaraniki, the actor has once again collaborated with filmmaker Vivek Athreya for Saripodhaa Sanivaaram.
The film is an action drama about a man who remains calm and composed for six days a week. However, it is every Saturday when he expresses his anger on pressing issues, hence giving the purpose of the title. Saripodhaa Sanivaaram also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan and SJ Suryah. With the film out on Thursday, the early reviews of the film are also out on social media.
The Nani-starrer has been getting fairly positive but also mixed reviews from many who have watched the film. Here are some of the reactions.
DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under the banner DVV Entertainment are backing the film. The technical crew consists of Murali G cranking the camera and Jakes Bejoy scoring the music. Karthika Srinivas is the editor. The post-theatrical streaming rights of the film have been bagged by Netflix for a fancy price. It also stars Abhirami, Aditi Balan, and others.
Earlier speaking to OTTplay, Nani had said, “Frankly, our film has only 20% of action and the rest of it is only built up to that action part. There are so many adrenaline-pumping moments between the hero and villain and the masses will have a feast. It is a proper mass film with my kind of a class touch to it. The fights done are also organic and follow proper logic. But the action that is showcased through my character is going to be riveting.”
