Actor Nani, who will be next seen in Telugu film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, recently visited Chennai along with his team. The film also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan and SJ Suryah in pivotal roles and scheduled to release on August 29 in theatres.
Priyanka Arul Mohan on Saripodhaa Sanivaaram
Priyanka Arul Mohan, who was last seen in Captain Miller, will be pairing opposite actor Nani for the upcoming Telugu film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. The team was recently in Chennai to promote their film. The film is directed by Vivek Athreya.
At a press meet held, Priyanka Arul Mohan said, "This story is not language restricted and will connect with everyone barring the language. I have seen Vivek sir's Brochevarevarura, and Ante Sundaraniki, both of which are quirky and unique. When Vivek sir came down to Chennai and told the story, it did not take more than 15 minutes for me to accept the project. I also have a very sweet story with Nani in this film and it is my second collaboration with him after Gang Leader.
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is about a man who remains calm and composed for six days a week. However, it is every Saturday when he expresses his anger on pressing issues, hence giving the purpose of the title. The film marks Vivek’s second collaboration with Nani after Ante Sundaraniki.

DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under the banner DVV Entertainment are backing the upcoming film. SJ Suryah will be playing the primary antagonist in the film. It also stars Abhirami, Aditi Balan, and others.
The technical crew consists of Murali G cranking the camera and Jakes Bejoy scoring the music. Karthika Srinivas is the editor. The upcoming Telugu film will have a multi-language release, including in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. It is scheduled to hit big screens on August 29. The post-theatrical streaming rights of the film have been bagged by Netflix for a fancy price.
