Sarkaru Vaari Paata: Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni set to make her first appearance in a music video for Penny, watch promo

Mahesh Babu, after Sarileru Neekevvaru, is returning with another out-and-out mass entertainer Sarkaru Vaari Paata, written and directed by Parasuram Petla. The film features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead and is jointly produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under Mythri Movie Makers, GMB Entertainment and 14 Reels Plus. The entertainer, which has music by S Thaman, is aiming at a May 12 release. 

The team has kickstarted the film's promotions with the launch of the first single, Kalavaathi, sung by Sid Sriram a month ago. Now, the second single from Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Penny, is all set to be unveiled tomorrow. Ahead of the launch, the makers have released a promo of Penny and it has one major surprise for audiences. The lyrical video of Penny will mark the first on-screen appearance of Sitara Ghattamaneni, the daughter of Mahesh Babu. Sitara, in the brief glimpse of Penny, dances like a dream and appears quite comfortable in front of the camera.

In addition to Sitara, the song also features some fantastic moves by her actor-father Mahesh Babu in a foreign location. The fact that Sitara and Mahesh Babu will be seen in the same music video is great news for the star's fans of course and one can't wait to see the entire song tomorrow! Nakash Aziz has sung for Penny while the lyrics are by the ever-dependable Anantha Sriram. 

Sarileru Neekevvaru is being shot in Hyderabad and the post-production formalities are also progressing simultaneously. R Madhi is the cinematographer of the film with Marthand K Venkatesh handling the edits. AS Prakash is the art director and the Ram-Laxman duo have choreographed the action sequences.
