Sarvam Maya box office collection day 1: Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly’s latest movie Sarvam Maya has started off on a solid note at the ticket window, registering Rs 3.35 Crore, as per trade tracker Sacnilk. The opening day collections are better than Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s hit movie Hridayapoorvam, which raked in 3.25 crore.

The Malayalam film Sarvam Maya, starring Nivin Pauly in the lead role along with Aju Varghese, released in theatres on December 25, 2025. The Akhil Sathyan directorial opened to mostly positive reviews, with viewers enjoying the comedic tale. Sarvam Maya recorded Rs 3.35 crore in India net collections on Thursday, booking a spot in the list of top 10 opening day Malayalam movies. Nivin Pauly’s horror comedy is in the seventh spot behind Pranav Mohanlal’s horror thriller, which made Rs 4.7 crore. 

But notably, the film has narrowly beaten the day 1 figures of Mohanlal’s heartwarming film Hridayapoorvam, which is at Rs 3.25 crore. Notably, Hridayapoorvam, which was released for Onam 2025, is directed the Sathyan Anthikad, while his son Akhil has helmed Sarvam Maya.

Mammootty’s Bazooka follows the Mohanlal-starrer, with 3.2 crore collected on day 1, while the all-time blockbuster Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra is at the bottom of the table of opening collections with Rs 2.7 crore. However, Kalyani Priyadarshan's movie took off after day 1, and there was no stopping this superhero movie as it breached into the Rs 300 crore club.
